Hotel Carpi

The investment allowed us to enhance guest comfort and improve the operational efficiency of our hotel, through an extensive renovation and digitalization project involving several areas of the property:

• Room redevelopment: complete refurbishment of 78 bathrooms with new plumbing and sanitary systems, modern finishes, and the installation of emotional showers in Superior rooms, offering guests an exclusive wellness experience.

• Energy Efficiency: installation of new multilayer piping systems for heating and cooling, and renovation of the external façade, improving insulation and reducing energy consumption.

• Renewed Common Areas: new flooring in the meeting room and updated furnishings in the lounge area, creating more welcoming, elegant, and functional spaces.

• Digital innovation: implementation of the Hotel Cube CMS integrated with Blastness Fox, for automated booking and revenue management, as well as software for electronic room keys and access control.

• Sustainable Mobility: installation of a 22 kW electric vehicle charging station and the purchase of four e-bikes available to guests, promoting green mobility and a more sustainable way to explore the area.

This project enabled us to fully achieve our goals of renovation, digital transformation, and environmental sustainability, strengthening Hotel Carpi’s competitive positioning as a modern, efficient property focused on guest wellbeing.
