Portico Lungo
With its 52 arches, Portico Lungo frames the Piazza and hosts numerous bars and shops for a lovely stroll, even on rainy days.
In between a coffee and some shopping, don’t forget to admire the Gothic-style decorations flanked by the last seven arches that recall the Renaissance style.
Also noteworthy is the Portico del Grano in which there are still traces of the ancient grain market that was once held here.
